Refund Policy

A return may be opened for new merchandise whether the reason involves a defect or a non-defective choice, and exchanges are accepted too. This includes a change of mind, selecting the wrong item, or a personal preference, as well as damage, flaws, fulfillment errors, missing pieces, or a material difference from the description.

The request window lasts 30 days from delivery. Send the order number, checkout email, and a short account of the requested outcome. When the issue concerns damage, a defect, the wrong product, or absent contents, photos or video of both the item and packaging may be needed for review.

Eligible goods must still be new, unused, and in their original state, together with the original box or wrapping, tags, and all accompanying accessories. The return travels by mail with the free return label placed in the shipment. No restocking charge applies, and a parcel must not be sent until return authorization is confirmed.

Replacement or exchange availability is determined by stock at the time of approval. If a refund is authorized instead, we route it back to the original payment method and complete our processing within 10 days; the financial institution controls any later posting delay.
